Shipping & Returns

    • Since all our garments are custom-made, the production process takes approximately 15 business days from the date of order confirmation.

    • Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.

    • We can also the garments in 5 - 6 days on request. You can call us on +919619537186. 

    • Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via our trusted logistics partners.

    • Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

    • Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 6-7 business days.

    • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 15-20 business days, subject to customs clearance.

    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.

    • Any additional customs duties or taxes applicable for international shipments will be borne by the customer.

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status.

    • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or courier service issues.

    • We do not accept returns.

    • However if the garment does not fit you, we will alter it for you.
